Vacation Day Drop-off Program
3 year olds - 5th graders
Each day of vacation day camp will have a different animal, habitat or seasonal focus and will be full of exciting related activities including a live animal program, a trail trek, art projects and science exploration.
Snack is provided to all groups during the program. Participants must bring a lunch.
January 16: Animal Tracks:When animals move they leave evidence behind. We’ll explore different animal tracks and try to find some in the sanctuary.
January 19: Animals In Winter:Learn the cold weather habits of different animals.
February 17: Mammals:Meet a mammal and discover unique traits of this animal group.
February 18: Birds:Learn what makes a bird a bird with help from one of ours.
February 19: Reptiles: Learn from one of our reptiles why this species is one-of-a-kind.
February 20: Amphibians: Take a close look at an amphibian and explore its characteristics.
April 3: Pond Life: We’ll take a trip to the pond and investigate what’s living there.
April 13: Herbivores: Come explore the animals that just eat plants.
April 14: Carnivores:Today we’ll discover animals that only eat meat.
April 15: Omnivores:Let’s learn about animals that eat both plants and meat, like us.
April 16: Decomposers: Find out all about the animals that help us turn waste into soil.
April 17: Plants: Today we will learn all about plants and how they make their own food.

Option 1: 9:00am-1:00pm $64/day for non-members
Option 2: 9:00am-3:00pm $96/day for non-members
No Discount on Before & After Care. Must register in a seperate event.
Before Care: 8:00-9:00am $10
After Care: 3:00-6:00pm $30
